Overview

CRM.ES for Outlook is an Outlook add-in provided by SISTEMAS DE ACCESO INTERACTIVO SL. The add-in connects Microsoft Outlook with CRM.ES CRM so authorized users can save emails, create CRM records, and upload attachments to their CRM environment.

Information processed

Depending on the user action, the add-in may process Outlook email metadata, email body content, sender and recipient information, attachment names, selected attachments, and CRM login/session information. The add-in processes this information only to provide the requested CRM functionality.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate the user, display the CRM task pane, search or create CRM records, save selected email information, and upload selected attachments to CRM.ES CRM. The add-in does not sell user data.

Data sharing

Data may be transmitted between Microsoft Outlook, the CRM.ES for Outlook add-in service, and the customer’s CRM.ES CRM environment. Data is not shared with third parties except where required to operate the service, comply with law, or provide support requested by the customer.

Data retention

Records saved to CRM.ES CRM are retained according to the customer’s CRM configuration and data retention policies. Support-related information is retained only as needed to provide support and comply with applicable obligations.

Security

The add-in uses HTTPS endpoints for communication. Access to CRM data requires authorized user credentials and permissions configured in CRM.ES CRM.

User choices

Users control which emails, records, and attachments are saved to CRM.ES CRM. Users may contact their organization’s CRM administrator or CRM.ES support to request assistance with access, correction, or deletion of information stored in CRM.ES CRM.
